2. For Parents and Guardians

This page is intended for parents and legal guardians seeking dental care for their children. Appointments for patients under 18 must be scheduled by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing consent for treatment.

3. Not Dental Advice

The content on this page is for general information only. It is not dental or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person exam by a licensed dentist. Using this page or calling our office does not create a dentist-patient relationship. A dentist-patient relationship begins only after your child is seen in our office. If your child has a dental emergency, call our office at (914) 477-8910. For a medical emergency, call 911.

4. Results Vary

Treatment outcomes depend on each child's oral health, history and home care habits. We do not guarantee any specific result. Photos, reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

5. Sedation and Treatment Recommendations

Sedation options, including nitrous oxide, and all other treatments are recommended only after an exam and a discussion with a parent or guardian. Not every child is a candidate for every treatment or sedation option.

6. Insurance and Payment

• We work with many dental insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan, and inclusion of a plan name on this page does not guarantee coverage for any specific service.
• Our free insurance benefits check is an estimate based on information from your insurance company. Final coverage is determined by your insurer, and you are responsible for any amount your plan does not cover.
• Any treatment will be explained before it begins.

7. Calls and Text Messages (SMS Terms)

• When you call us, our phone system may log your phone number and the time and length of your call so we can return missed calls and measure how our advertising performs. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and you will be told at the start of the call.
• SMS program: If you consent to receive text messages from Next Level Pediatric Dentistry, you agree to receive customer care messages from us, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (914) 477-8910.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
